Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

How the shipping fee calculated?

All costs are already included in the product price, and you will not need to bear any additional charges.

When will my order ship?

Our products usually ship within 1-3 working days (working days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so please be patient!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

How long will my order deliver?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 BUSINESS days after the order is placed.

2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–14 working days to arrive at their destination but may take longer in busy times, such as Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia, it will take about 25 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time.

Please note: TASRANER is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on your local post website,

though! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!
